Infiniti FX35 or BMW 335i Coupe?

Need little help. Here is the deal:

2007 BMW 335i Coupe is $48K without navigation but it gets decent gas mileage and driving experience was awesome.

2007 Infiniti FX35 is $42K with all options including navigation (affiliate discount hence attractive price for FX35) but gas mileage is terrible (14-15 MPG) and it will be redesigned for 2008.

Any thoughts on which car would be better? Thanks!

So your question is SUV or car, I would get the BMW, of coarse if I was going to spend that much I would end up with a Corvette or if you want the fastest production SUV in the world go test drive a Jeep SRT-8 you won't believe the take off 0-60 in 4.8 seconds with the same gas mileage as the FX35 and both of these fine vehicle have the raspy great sound of American V8 muscle. The vette will get 25mpg on the highway
Not to through a wrench in your plans BUT... Consider the Nissan Murano at $37,000 with great to superb handling and all option imaginable OR the new Toyota Cruiser at $34,000. $.0 litre engine with bare looking interior but fantastic handling and mileage.

I had a BMW X5 and traded in to get one each of the above. Still own a BMW 5 Series car and love it.

Bang for the buck sure has to be the Toyota Cruiser.
I believe u answered your own question the BMW is the better choice. Always take the high quality award winning German BMW over any car.
