My Uncle's BMW 325i doesn't want to start?

My Uncle's BMW 325i didn't want to start, and I have looked at the engine, and determined that the fuel isn't getting into the cylinders. What can I do to correct the problem to get it started again? Keep in mind that the car has a 2.5 Liter Inline 6 engine with a 5 speed manual transmission.

Most likely the fuel pump- there is nothing you can do if its the pump. If could be the filter also but unlikely if there is no fuel getting to the engine. Also unlikely the fuel froze inline unless you live in Siberia and it is -90 degrees.

Uhhhh... Fuel Pump? You already said that fuel isn't getting to the cylinders.
Fuel pump relay should be looked at first if fuel pump is not running. Common problem is an older one.
Check the fuel pressure regulator vacuum line.If the pressure diaphram has a hole in it ,it will not start. If the engine has been hard to start and occationally back fires ,that could be the problem.Next, change the fuel filter.Check oil pressure sending unit (is it plugged in?).Check MAP sensor vacuum hose for leaks.Have Auto Zone check diagnostic codes.Have a blessed day.
change the injectors...or the pump..
get a diagnostic done and save yourself the worries. It could be several different things. How long has it been since the fuel filter has been changed? that could be the problem
Check the fuel pump.

Change fuel filters.

Take to a reputable mechanic.
most likly it is fuel filter got cloged. try to replace it, and see if it is working, if not, then you have to change fuel pamp. ALos check fuel cables.
Kick it.
Depends what year.. they have put 2.5's in 325's for 3 generations..

It could easily be the fuel pump, a relay, clogged fuel filter.. lots of things.
