If you have already looked at those sites, maybe you should consider either putting an ad in craigslist in those areas or call BMW dealerships in those areas and ask if they have any customers who are looking to get out of their leases.

The problem you might be having is that you are looking at a 2+ year old car and anyone who has a lease for 3+ years is paying a higher rate because they are paying on the amount that the car is expected to depreciate over 3+ years instead of 2....
