2000 Camry or 1995 bmw?

I'm looking into a first car. There is my dads girlfriends 2000 camry with 125,000 miles on it although it has been kept exceptionally well. And then there is a 318it bmw from 1995 with 77,000 miles on it. Any opinions/advice

Camry....the BMW will eat you alive in parts. Example....radiator alone goes for around $700.

Both vehicles are very reliable. Depends on your ability to pay for regular maintanence, the BMW will cost more than a Camry for parts. BMW's however do not breakdown often if they are maintained so it could be a good deal depending on the condition. A BMW is definitley a more interesting and joyful ownership experience. If you want to pinch pennies, then buy the Camry.
i would check the blue book values first n put theyre value into consideration and then of course how much theyre selling them for now. i would also check the conditions of the major parts in the cars. of course the bmw looks pretty tempting but just because it has low miles doesnt mean it will last longer so from what uve told me id probably go for the camry cause as least u know it was well kept where *** the bmw could of had the crap beat outa it.
Well they re both very reliable,Camry sounds good, even better if its well kept, although the BMW 3-series sounds tempting, plus it only has 77k mileage on it,what a bonus,i think its mostly up to your opinion....
Neither--- Camry is going to start needing expensive repairs-- toyotas are great but things to wear out.
