Need help with 2003 BMW 525i alarm?

I have a used 2003 BMW 525i which has an alarm that will go off by itself randomly. I took it to the dealer and they replaced some faulty switches. But the problem continues.

The car was involved in a collision by the first owner, and the collision is on the front driver side.

Anyway that I can disable the alarm by myself? If not, what should I check for to fix the problem?

In addition, I feel the low beam is a bit dim and the beam on the driver side doesn't cover as far as passenger side. Dealer said it's normal. Is it true? Can anyone recommend a light bulb?

Thanks.

you can take it back to the dealer and tell them that the last visit did not fix the problem and they will, most likely, fix it for free. (unless you are still under warranty.)

due to the info about where the car was hit, i think it might be a door latch in the drivers front door that is faulty. this is a detailed repair.

or you can remove the siren from vehicle and it will stop making noise. the siren is behind the fender liner in the right rear wheel.

remove the right rear wheel.

then undo the screws in the fender liner. pull it down and siren is located on left side. undo the connector.

there is a internal battery in the siren that can last several days-weeks. i suggest to remove the siren all together. 2 more 10mm bolts and its gone. hope this helps.
