Theres a lot of speculation right now, but the vast majority estimates the 128i will start in the mid-upper $20's and the 135i will start around $35,000. Expect a well equipped 135i to run up past or close to $40k, and several thousand more for the convertibles of each model. Official pricing will hopefully be released at the LA Auto Show later this month.

I've read in many places that we can expect it to be in the Mid to High $30k range since it's the engine as the current 335 which is going for about $45k.

They need to keep the price far enough away from the 335 so they don't cannibalize their own sales of that model and yet high enough that it's about the 128 or 328 models so it'll need to rest somewhere in between.
bmw hasnt released exact numbers yet.

but considering its slotted in the lineup below the 3 series, then it will be cheaper than the 3. however, they have the same engines, and the 1 series will be faster than the 3 series, so it wont be too much cheaper.

the 328i starts around 32900

the 335i starts around 36900

so im GUESSING the 128i will be around 27

and the 135i around 33

but as with every bmw expect them to climb up an additional 10k or so when you add all the options!
