It sounds like a tractor because only 3 spark plugs firing. The one covered in oil is not that's why it's flooded with petrol.

The head gasket might be blown so that's why the oil leaks.

If you know how to, change the head gasket. Otherwise, bring it to service station.

I'm not completely sure on engine design of the M40b16 but it's very possible it's the valve cover seal leaking. It's very common on the M50/52's and depending on valve cover layout could be your problem as well. Check the seal of the large black cover (the one that says BMW) on the side the plugs are on. If there is a leak it tends to dump oil down into the spark plug hole fouling the plugs. If it's the valve cover gasket you can do it yourself.

Hopefully I helped.
You have a blown head gasket. thats a costly repair. Not an uncommon thing though. There wasnt anything you could have done to prevent it... sometimes it just happens...like blow outs with tires.
Well it's time to get a gun and put it out of it's misery! It sounds like the engine is toast.

The cost to repair it is probably more than the car is worth. You could convert it into a nice flower planter! or perhaps a home for the pigeons?
