Where can I find gas mileage for BMW's?

I am considering a used BMW 1999 to 2002 for my commute. I need to know the gas mileages for city/hwy. Is there a website with this info.? Anyone have any experience with BMW's?

Thanks!

Kari

You mean EPA figures?

Try autos.msn.com

Look under used car, find your BMW, and then click on specifications. It should tell you what the EPA rating is.

Or if your more familiar with yahoo autos you can use that too. It tells you the same information.

this is regarding all the 6 cylinder models 525,530, 325, 330,

those get about 21/30 which is good for a sporty car =D

the 8 cylnider models 740, 750 and 540 get about 17/24
guys, guys, don fight, its ok. ok?!
yeah, they are costly to repair. Only buy certified pre-owned bc 10 out of 10 if someone is selling a used BMW, it's bc it is a LEMON!!!
Barrow it to try it out and check the milage is best. But if you contact the BMW people you should get a book on that year which will give milage. you can also find them in most auto parts stores or they can order for you.
Someone who really knows about BMW's would not say that someone who is selling a BMW is selling a lemon, what an ignorant thing to say, plus your question was about gas milage, what a dumb answer.

go to their website or google

www.usbmw.com

http://www.alibaba.com/

Go to the auto section here
mine is 12l/100km in the real world.

8.5l/100km when on the highway and I'm buzzing at 140.

but if fuel consumption is an issue, BMW is the wrong tag, MINI is more your style, still fun, but less gas.
