lexus is well-known for its stability and smoothness of the engine. however it is a production of Japanese. BMW and Audi are both German engines. European cars have their own speciality and unique features.however, i prefer Lexus though it is not that flashy as BMW and Audi. It is the driving comfort and experience that counts.
Lexus's first attempt was a hit, but the ISF still doesn't offer the balance and driving dynamics of the M3, the brute power of the new AMG C63, or the stability and confidence of the outdated but still potent RS4. So, though the ISF is an AWESOME car, it still finishes last in a comparo.
even though i love japanese cars..

ill take a c63 amg..
This is an incredibly tough question and really depends on what you want. The Lexus is the best looking in my opinion, and will definitely be most reliable. this would be the 'different' choice, for someone who doesn't want to follow the crowd. it is slightly faster than the m3 (0-60 4.7, 170mph limit vs. 4.8 %26 155mph limit), thanks to the 5.0 litre v8, and, according to topgear, is more fun to drive than the rs4. the rs4 is the most discreet, and is the most sensible, due to its 4wd. this the q-car (apart from the incredible noise) which doesnt look like is has a 4.2 litre v8. the a6/s6/rs6 is in a completely different category, so i will not talk about it. the m3 is the precision handling tool, for people who want to say they have an m3 or those who care about the carbon-fibre roof. it is not a saloon (yet) and is less practical. it is as quick as the others, but has the smallest (4.0 litre) v8 the choice you have missed out here, and my personal favourite, is the mercedes c63 amg. this has a 6.2 litre v8, with a staggering 460bhp, compared to 415-420 in the other cars. it is a hammer to the m3's scalpel, more mainstream than the lexus, and is not as sensible as the audi, but is mad, and makes an amazing roar, which is much nicer than the m3 scream, but not quite as nice as the rs4's noise. the lexus makes a very nice noise too, about as tuneful as the merc. in terms of looks, the m3 is kinda ugly, the merc chintzy and chrome (the only thing i don't like), the lexus quite nice in a japanese way (but not as nice as the standard car) and the audi very restrained, sensible, and can only be noticed by car experts, or audi fans, not the kind of unwanted crowd who claim to like cars. the c-class is not discreet, but is loud, brash, and i love it because of that. this was in no way biased as i have a lexus is250.
