I was at a BMW dealership this past weekend looking for a 2008 328i, but the location had 2007 (not 2008) floor model which is driven for 5000 miles ( i wonder how floor model can be driven for that much) but anyways.
They are offering me a 3 year 15000 mile lease for $464.88/month and will not go down a penny. The 12000 mile lease is round 25-30 less. Do You guys think its a good buy? The price they are coming up is as follows (MSRP 35945 - discount 44450=$31500. It's not much the affordability, i can possibly afford the 464 payment, i just think they should be at least willing to bring it down a few dollars.
It doesn't have whole lot of fancy features but have, power front seats, heated front seats and auto transmission.

It has 5000 miles on it because someone has been driving it. It may have been a "brass hat". That is a car driven by a BMW NA executive. It is also possible it was a dealer service loaner vehicle.
Don't ever shop payments.
You need to start over with how you negotiate a lease.
Pick how many miles you expect to drive. Don't take a 12,000 mile/yr lease just to save money. If you drive 15K it will bite you at the end of the lease
