Bluetooth retrofit in 2001 BMW 740IL w/ CPT 8000 Phone?

Has anyone tried motorola bluetooth retrofit kit sold at the BMW dealership and used Cingular Synch phone to pair it with the new blutooth kit.

BTUM 8000 is for the E65 7 Series ONLY. It does not work with any other BMW than the 745.

If your BMW 7 Series E65 2002-2003 is equipped with CPT-8000 Telephone this upgrade module is for you. This kit ONLY supports the 2002-2004 7 Series E65/E66, and does not support other BMWs. This module has a specific connector ONLY for the BMW 7 Series model year 2002-2003.
