Yes, this one is the real one.
Future models are always "in a disguise", and the closer the debut on the market, the more of it you can see. This one doesn't have much disguise, so BMW will probably release photos of it soon and the BMW 7 is supposed to arrive fall '08 as a 2009 model year.
I have some photos what it will probably look like so I can email them for you if you want to.

hello. it probably is true, I read 'autoweek' magazine and most all the 'new' cars are disguised like that.
