ok so my dad is trying to give me a 2007 BMW 330i for my first car and i really dont want it anymore .. what should i do to convince him to not give it to me ?

Tell dad "thanks but no thanks". You obviously realize that this is more car than you could possibly handle at your present driving skill level. Tell him you would like something a little less flashy and down to earth to learn on and develop your soon to be superb driving skills.
Then tell him you'll take a new Lamborghini at 21.
