i took my 95 bmw 325i to a mechanic and they ran diagnostic tests and came back with (DIS ignition faults in cylinder 1 %26 6). what does this mean%26gt;? ignition system, fuel pressure, injectors, coils, harness...??? the car has problems when i accelerate and then it starts to intermittenly shake as if fuel pressure is lost or some sort of electrical glitch; not sure what?

Your best bet is to join a car forum board related to your car.
It relates to the direct ignition system on the M50 motor in your car. There is no distributor...just direct fire packs on the plugs. Could be as simple as getting new plugs. Could be a computer malfunction.
